Accessibility approach and current conformance goals for Top Gear Blog.
Top Gear Blog is designed with keyboard navigation, semantic landmarks, visible focus behaviour, text alternatives for meaningful images, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support. The site uses native HTML controls where possible and avoids interaction that depends solely on pointer input.
Current design measures
- A skip link is available for keyboard users.
- Navigation and buttons can be reached by keyboard.
- Hero motion respects the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting. - Text and controls are designed for strong contrast against their backgrounds.
- Content remains readable at narrow mobile widths without intentional horizontal scrolling.
